Owens Utopian Mug 5” Tall, Artist Signed
Owens Utopian Mug, marked “Owensart”. Utopian”, and its mold number “1035”.
It has classic Utopian medium brown colors and well executed cherry artwork.
The artist of this piece in an unknown person who signed the mug with their “E” monogram.
Although I have seen this monogram on several dozen Owens Utopian pieces,I do not have any idea who the artist is and have not found the monogram in research I’ve done over the years. There is a faint ~1” hairline on the inside of the mug.
Other than that I see no other condition issues or repairs.
As such, it
is being sold "as is".
I need to make room in my collection storage and t
his piece of pottery is priced to sell.
